Thanks to all the lifters who took time out of there summer schedule to lift
weights.  This year we will be trying to make it 9 straight years with a state
medalist at AHS.  Those of you who came and trained showed that you are
ready to go after a medal this year!  Those who didn't come, shame on you.  You can never make up for lost time in the weightroom! I would especially like to thank the following people who came to all workouts:

2010 Summer Weightlifting Schedule

All Sessions will be from 4pm-6pm
*Drink plenty of water before getting to the weightroom*
*Wear athletic clothing*
*Must be enrolled at Altha School and have a current sports physical to participate*
*Open to all students going into the 8th grade and above*
