225 FOR REPS-1,000 REP CHALLENGE RESULTS
No one was able to pull off 1,000 reps on the bench press in 3 hours.  We had originally planned on going 5 hours, but we soon realized that wasn't going to happen.  The following are the results of what has to be the hardest workout of our lives:
