| I've competed for Altha High School for four years. I graduated in May of 2006 and hold the record for biggest bench and clean & jerk out of the entire 600 person school. Robbie was my coach for four years. At first glance, he thought nothing of a carrer in weightlifting for me. But, as the years passed, I began to shine and eventually became, dare I say, his favorite lifter. I met Cody, Robbie's nephew and Jay's brother, during my tenth grade year lifting. We became pretty good friends and have competed with each other since. When I first saw Jay at the school, I heard people saying that he had transferred from another school to lift for us. Well, they lied. Jay, also Robbie's nephew and, coincidentally, Cody's brother was there to visit with Robbie. As the months rolled by, Jay and I became friends and it turned out that he lives about 100 yards from me! We love to eat at Subway after a hard-hitting workout with Robbie and Cody. |
