| ROBBIE'S BENCH PRESS TRAINING (I USED THIS ROUTINE DURING JULY AND AUGUST OF 2006) WARMUP 225X20 245X10 275X8 295X5 WORKOUT 315X1 335X1 365X1 385X1 405X1 425X1 455X1 405X3 I DIDTHE ABOVE PROGRAM 3 TIMES A WEEK. IT HAS TAKEN ME A WHILE TO BUILD UP TO THIS TYPE OF WORKOUT. I AM RARELY SORE ANYMORE. IF I COME INTO THE GYM SORE, I WILL ONLY DO SINGLES WITH MY WARMUP WEIGHT AND THEN MOVE INTO MY WORK SETS. SOME DAYS I ONLY GO UP TO 425, BUT NEVER LOWER. |
