I DIDTHE ABOVE PROGRAM 3 TIMES A WEEK.  IT HAS TAKEN ME A WHILE TO BUILD UP TO THIS TYPE OF WORKOUT.  I AM RARELY SORE ANYMORE.  IF I COME INTO THE GYM SORE, I WILL ONLY DO SINGLES WITH MY WARMUP WEIGHT AND THEN MOVE INTO MY WORK SETS.  SOME DAYS I ONLY GO UP TO 425, BUT NEVER LOWER.
